GIS Series HV Insulator Static Mixing Vacuum Casting System
The GIS series HV-insulator static-mixing vacuum casting system is dedicated to HV insulator production. It adopts either fully automatic vacuum online batching or fully automatic vacuum batch batching: raw materials are prepared as Components A/B and delivered by a servo metering pump to the metal static mixer at the set ratio, then cast under vacuum. With recipe-based management, formulas are stored for different molds, realizing automated casting. Customized to the customer's capacity, material formula and process requirements, it enables automated, intelligent production.
