BBM Two-component Gluing & Bonding Machine
The BBM series two-component gluing and bonding machine is dedicated to the bonding of wind-turbine blades (including offshore large-scale blades). It features material-platen conveying, precision metering and glue mixing; the metering pump pumps material directly from the drum to the static mixer, mixes at the precise ratio and then dispenses. The entire gluing process is managed by recipe, with parameters such as pressure, dispensing volume and dispensing speed recorded in real time and reports generated automatically, and it can integrate with MES.
