Process Features 工艺特点
The BIM series control system is stable, easy to operate, and digitally monitored and managed. Integrated with MES, it records the entire casting process and monitors/records pressure curves in real time. High-precision flowmeters monitor flow in real time and control material ratio to ensure accurate proportioning. Temperature and power are linearly controlled with uniform temperature via PID+PLC logic control, reducing energy consumption.
