APG Series Static Mixing Direct-injection System
The APG series static-mixing direct-injection system is dedicated to the automatic pressure-gelation (APG) production of medium/high-voltage products such as insulators, insulating discs, embedded poles, contact boxes, wall bushings and current/voltage transformers. It centrally controls the entire process of material feeding, preparation, mixing, casting and pressure shrinkage compensation gelation. Different mold casting processes are managed by recipe, realizing automated production and improved efficiency and yield. The system adopts either fully automatic vacuum online batching or fully automatic vacuum batch batching, injecting material directly into the molding-machine mold at the set ratio and casting in multiple speed and pressure stages, followed by pressure gelation via a shrinkage-compensation device. Customized to the customer's capacity, material formula and process, it meets individual needs and enables automated, intelligent production.

Process Features 工艺特点
The APG series static-mixing direct-injection system adopts servo drive controlled by a servo axis-control system. Metal static mixing injects material directly into the molding-machine mold or delivers it to the injection cylinder at the set ratio, enabling injection in multiple speed and pressure stages, followed by pressure gelation via a shrinkage-compensation device, realizing fully automatic injection pressure molding. The injection process is managed by recipe and can be stored and recalled freely.
