CPT Series CT/PT Vacuum Casting Equipment
The CPT series static-mixing vacuum casting system is used for both current/voltage transformer vacuum casting and APG casting. It offers two schemes: fully automatic vacuum online batching or fully automatic vacuum batch batching. After raw materials are prepared as Components A/B, a metering pump injects them directly into the casting-tank mold or into the pressure-molding-machine mold at the set ratio. With recipe-based management, formulas can be stored for different molds. The system is customized to the customer's capacity, material formula and process, meeting individual needs and enabling automated, intelligent production.

Process Features 工艺特点
The CPT series vacuum casting equipment features fully automatic loading and preparation, driven by a servo system and controlled by a servo axis-control system. With metal static mixing, material is injected directly into the casting-tank mold at the set ratio. Dual-servo rotating casting arms inside the casting tank enable fully automatic, fast positioning casting, reducing the casting-chamber size, saving resources and improving equipment productivity.
