DDT Series Transformer - Static Mixing Vacuum Casting/Impregnation Equipment
The DDT series transformer static-mixing vacuum casting/impregnation system is dedicated to the vacuum casting and pressure-impregnation production of dry-type transformers. It adopts either fully automatic vacuum online batching or fully automatic vacuum batch batching: raw materials are prepared as Components A/B and delivered by a servo metering pump to the metal static mixer at the set ratio, then cast into the mold via a casting valve directly connected to the coil. With recipe-based management, formulas are stored for different molds, realizing automated casting. Customized to the customer's capacity, material formula and process requirements, it enables automated, intelligent production.

Process Features 工艺特点
The DDT series static-mixing vacuum casting/impregnation equipment features fully automatic loading and preparation, driven by a servo system and controlled by a servo axis-control system. Metal static mixing injects material directly into each coil at the set ratio. The casting tank adopts a pressurized design; after casting, pressure impregnation is performed to improve product quality. The continuous-production mode improves productivity.
