Process Features 工艺特点
The HVB series HV-bushing static-mixing vacuum casting and impregnation system adopts an online degassing device for continuous feeding. Servo-controlled gear pumps combined with flowmeters achieve precise material-ratio control. A metal static mixer enables continuous mixing and continuous casting. Products are heated, dried, degassed, cast and pressure-impregnated under vacuum, and final curing is performed inside the casting tank, integrating degassing-casting-curing. The entire process is fully automatic.
