SIM Series Two-component Injection Machine
The DD series two-component injection machine is dedicated to the injection molding of hydraulic silicone or new epoxy resin (Casting & go). It features material pressing, metering, mixing and casting functions; material is automatically injected into the mold at the set ratio, and the entire injection process is managed by recipe, with parameters such as injection pressure, injection volume and injection temperature recorded in real time and reports generated automatically.

Process Features 工艺特点
The metering system adopts a synchronous control system that precisely controls system pressure as well as flow and pressure during injection. Through control-system and displacement detection, the material volume and injection speed can be adjusted in real time to ensure ratio accuracy. The metering pump adopts a continuous-feeding design for continuous injection production.
