The FCM pressure molding machine (also known as a clamping machine or molding press) is widely used in the automatic pressure-gelation (APG) production of medium/high-voltage insulators or silicone-rubber products, such as post insulators, insulating discs, embedded poles, contact boxes, wall bushings, current/voltage transformers and silicone bushings (APG or VPG production).

Process Features 工艺特点
The FCM series pressure molding machine adopts hydraulic proportional control and automatic injection, enabling arbitrary horizontal/vertical +/-7 deg adjustment with rotation during injection, and the motion is programmed. It can inject in multiple speed and pressure stages, realizing fully automatic injection pressure molding, and adopts multi-program operation management with data stored and recalled freely.
